What if there's nothing wrong with you?

“The real pandemic is people walking around being disconnected from who and what they really are.”

In the personal development and wellness world, many people become unconsciously stuck in the healing/fixing loop where they’re continuously looking for the next thing to work on in themselves — spending their lives in a constant state of, “I’ll get there one day, but I’ve got a long way to go…”

The thing is, if you continue to incessantly dig, you’ll discover that there’s no limit to the things you could find to fix or heal. But where does it end? And when does your life get to begin?

Most people, dare I say nearly all people, are walking around believing that something is wrong with them. And that because of that thing, they’re somehow unworthy or unloveable.

But what if there’s nothing wrong with you?

What if — when you have an ache, or a rash, or some other physical/mental/emotional symptom — it’s your bodymind simply processing and purging stored trauma memory and there’s nothing you’re meant to do about it?

Or what if your body’s sensations or expressions are your inner being communicating with you, asking for you to look within at something you may have been avoiding?

What if it’s an invitation for you to welcome the parts of yourself that you’ve shunned, or cast away into the shadows, back into the light of your loving awareness?

What if…

In this episode, I share an intimate look into my own personal experience with this; particularly pertaining to the skin condition I’ve been enduring for the past 2.5 years.

I also dive into how, if we’re being completely honest with ourselves, we usually do know what’s really going on inside of us — we just may not like what we find, or feel entirely ready to live the changes necessary to bring about improvement.

I’ve gotta say, this is an incredibly nuanced episode.

I’ve been sitting on it for quite some time now (I recorded it on April 21st, 2022) because I’ve wondered how to best summarize it, and tie a nice little bow on it to present it to you.

But as I find myself listening back to it now, in a time where I myself need to be reminded of all the things I share in the transmission, I feel inspired to simply set it free and trust it’ll reach the people it’s meant to reach.

As always, it’s my prayer that you find a piece of yourself in this share.

Infinite love,

Rach
